Free Shipping Eligibility:

• Orders exceeding QAR 1000 within city limits in the Qatar qualify for free shipping.
• Free shipping is not applicable outside city limits.

Shipping Charges:

• Purchases below QAR 1000 within city limits in the Qatar incur a shipping charge.
• Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside city limits.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times:

• Local shipments within the Qatar have a transit time of 2-3 working days.
• Standard GCC shipment transit time is 10-20 working days.
• Express GCC shipment transit time is 5-8 working days and is a paid service.

Payment for GCC:

• After selecting the preferred shipping method, an E-Invoice will be sent to customers through which they can pay online.

Customs Fee:

• Customs fee is NOT included in the shipping cost.
• For international orders, customers are required to pick up their packages at the nearest post office when they arrive.

Exchange & Returns Policy:

• The product must be in its original condition for returns or exchanges.
• Return or exchange must occur within 7 days of purchase.
• Orders made by Credit Card will only be refunded to the credit card and can take up to 2-3 weeks for processing.
• Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange: Softwares, DVS Systems with Softwares, DJ Controllers with Softwares that need to be registered for activation, Headphones, Damaged products, Used products, and Products returned after 7 days.
